Jan has over 10 years of experience in managing workstations, servers, hardware, OS and first line customer service. His primary focus is on data recovery analytics and retrieval, repair of faulty hardware and data loss prevention consultancy. Jakub has been supporting and designing IT systems for over 15 years. Having started designing websites, he worked his way up to manage ABB servers and maintain live production Oracle databases for Deutsche Bank and other clients in the Czech republic, Germany and United Kingdom. With exposure to insurance, financial services and big and small sofware companies, he has been customer service analyst, production support engineer, system architect and developer of complex IT solutions. Being lazy to get OCP or CCNA certified he rather prefers scripting Docker, Ansible, ETL and Jenkins together in an agile environment. Where there is a will, there's a shell.
